With an expertise in strategy and business model development, Lisa is responsible for Social Traders’ work with emerging and established social enterprises, helping them to grow through capacity building, investment and contract acquisition. A significant component of her work has been overseeing Social Traders’ Crunch accelerator program, as well as the provision of consulting services to social enterprise clients. In her role, Lisa collaborates with numerous stakeholders including members of the business community, philanthropy, the university sector, and finance providers to the social enterprise sector.
Prior to joining Social Traders, Lisa had extensive experience in management consulting across commercial, community and social enterprise sectors. She worked in the Strategy Group at Accenture for seven years, and following this, provided consulting services directly to non-profit organisations and social enterprises. She has worked with numerous boards and management teams on the development of strategic plans, national growth strategies and merger evaluation and implementation.
Lisa has held board positions with Good Company and Ormond College, and is currently a Director of Veritas Health Innovation. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Masters of Business Administration from the Melbourne Business School.
