Governance Mentors enables the community sector to improve governance practices allowing communities to achieve their own goals. It involves the recruitment and training of community leaders, experienced in governance, as mentors.

The mentors are then matched with a board/committee for 12 months. The mentor works with the committee as a whole to improve governance practices.
